The agreement between you and Ordesto. Plain language, no surprises.
By creating an account or using Ordesto, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Ordesto on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Ordesto provides software that lets restaurants accept online orders, manage menus, take reservations, and view analytics. We provide the tools; you are responsible for fulfilling the orders your customers place.
The Starter plan is free, with no commission on orders. Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to use Ordesto to sell illegal goods, infringe others' rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
When you connect your own payment provider, funds from customer orders flow directly to your account. Ordesto does not hold your order revenue and does not take a commission on Starter-plan orders.
You retain ownership of your menu, branding, and content. You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content for the purpose of operating your ordering page. The Ordesto software and brand remain our property.
The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We are not a party to the transactions between you and your customers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordesto is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits arising from your use of the service.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that pose a security or legal risk.
We may update these terms. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
